The service

Enslytic uses artificial intelligence to generate professional-style headshots from photos you upload. Results are produced automatically and may vary depending on the quality and content of the photos you provide.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your photos and acceptable use

• You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have the right and permission to use.
• You may not upload photos of other people without their consent, or use the Service to impersonate anyone.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for how you use the results.

Payments

The Service is offered as a one-time paid product. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem, who acts as the merchant of record. The price shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged.

Your results

Subject to full payment, the headshots generated for you are yours to use for personal and professional purposes. The Enslytic website, brand, and underlying software remain our property.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Because results are generated by AI, we do not guarantee that any specific image, likeness, or outcome will meet your expectations. We make no warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enslytic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
