• Contact details. Your email address, used to deliver results and provide support.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Creem). We do not see or store your full card details.
• Usage data. Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the Service running and secure.

• To generate and deliver your headshots.
• To process your payment and provide customer support.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To send you service-related messages about your order.

How your photos are handled

Your uploaded photos and generated images are used only to provide the Service to you. They are processed by our AI generation providers solely to create your headshots. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use your face to train publicly available AI models. Uploaded photos and generated results are deleted from our active systems within 30 days, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service:

• Creem — payment processing (merchant of record).
• AI image generation providers — to produce your headshots.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the Service and under their own privacy and security terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers listed above, or where required by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and uploaded photos at any time by emailing support@enslytic.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
